The Sight Collaborative is an organization dedicated to pushing ophthalmic care “beyond the clinic” by functioning as a think tank for eye care providers. Our core mission is to foster a culture of innovation, driving new ideas and collaborative research projects that advance the field. We also actively seek partnerships with industry to bring these groundbreaking concepts to life. Equally important, we are committed to going “beyond the standard” of a traditional organization by creating a strong, supportive community. We believe in providing essential mentorship, promoting work-life balance, and prioritizing the well-being and family life of our members.
